Design Engineer in Dubuque, IA

Act as the primary engineering contact for shop floor issues. - Perform engineering changes to correct bill of material issues for current product. - Provide solutions for technical issues related to current knuckle boom and track feller buncher models. - Use statistical & physical data to diagnose machine problems. - Develop new designs using sound engineering principals. - Work with suppliers to solve technical issues. - Work with other teams to guide change proposals through the design plan. - Use established work-flow templates & tools. (QID, Project Doc, FMEA) - Create and / or modify CAD models and drawings using ProE Wildfire. - Process ECN's (engineering change notices) - Manage tasks to achieve team metrics. Qualifications
